Sassafras All Children’s Playground

This public partnership, led by the City of Raleigh, needed support in brand development and leadership to maximize fundraising efforts.

DCL Management Group anchored the development committee that raised a total of $2.5M to establish the first all-inclusive playground of this magnitude, in the state of North Carolina. This eight-year fundraising project included coordinating and planning fundraising events, sponsor solicitations, and donor cultivation with supportive branded marketing materials.
