Meet the Founder & President

Dionne Lester, president of the DCL Management Group, has always been a pioneer and trailblazer. She was one of the few African American women who graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree in 1989. After graduation, she went on to have a very successful career at Nortel Networks, joining the senior management team before her departure in 2001.

Later, she co-founded the Community Investment Network (CIN), a non-profit organization, with a national scope, highlighting the impact of community philanthropy using a collective giving circle model.

As president of the DCL Management Group, she brings over twenty-five years of professional management experience, having lead partnerships and initiatives with confidence and reliability.

Joy Webb

Joy Webb

Strategic Consulting

Joy is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a BS in Graphic Design and she received her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Most of her professional career has been spent marketing for fortune 500 companies. The blending of her creative education and her corporate experience allows Joy to establish synergy by connecting the common dots to excel as a Business Consultant.

Kimber Williams

Business Operations

Kimber has served in an administrative role at two reputable association management companies over the past eight years. With her experience comes a wealth of knowledge in not only building relationships but delivering solutions to a vast array of clientele. Kimber received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Youth, Family, and Community Sciences from North Carolina State University.

Reneé Saddler

Reneé brings over 20 years of experience in design, marketing, and branding to DCL Management Group. Over her professional career, Reneé has won numerous awards for her design work in both the nonprofit sector and higher education. A native of North Carolina, she is a proud double graduate of North Carolina Central University, earning both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree.

Kyma has worked in numerous programming and administrative roles for non-profit and community organizations across the Triangle area. She has also lent her expertise to multiple financial institutions, divisions within state government, and performing arts companies across the state. Kyma considers one of her greatest attributes as being a “connector” in bridging gaps and bringing people together to assist one another in reaching their goals and achieving higher levels of success.

Human Resources Support

Amber brings over 25 years of corporate HR experience to DCL Management Group. She helps clients navigate all phases of the employee life cycle by implementing tools to meet business and talent-related outcomes. She works with clients to create strategic partnerships to support human resources needs. Amber earned both a master’s degree in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from North Carolina Central University.
